Health and Safety Training
Every Company owes all of its employees a duty of care to ensure that their place of work complies with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all its subsequent regulations and EU Directives. There is a legal obligation for every Company with 5 or more employees to carry out a General Risk Assessment and to produce this in writing along with a Health and Safety Policy.

Manual Handling Training
Every employer owes a duty of care to employees to provide appropriate training in this area. Increasing numbers of claims for injuries in this area requires employers to be able to demonstrate that adequate training has been taken place.
Specific Risk Assessments
Specific Risk Assessments are available upon request, at additional cost.
