Telephone Support
BPP clients can access our Health and Safety Help line for any advice relating to health and safety issues. This can range from a general enquiry through to dealing with a major incident. This is available 6 days a week 9am-6pm.
Account Management Visits
As an addition to audits our account manager will visit you, as a minimum, twice a year to check on how you are progressing with matters. The first visit is normally around 6 weeks after the initial audit and we will go through all the documentation to ensure full understanding and help with any difficulties. Your account manager is your first line of help and contact and can help in many different ways.
Newsletters and Bulletins
BPP will provide Newsletters and Bulletins as appropriate, keeping you up to date with relevant changes in legislation and trends.
Help with the HSE
Where a client faces a visit from the HSE, BPP will give full advice on how to handle the situation. Where the visit results in further action from the HSE, BPP will give assistance in both written or visitation scenarios and will act as the client's expert advisor.
Critical Injury Report
Where an employee or visitor is involved in a very serious injury, BPP will send a consultant along as soon as is feasible to carry out a full investigation and compile a comprehensive report. This can be invaluable to companies, particularly where a belated claim is submitted (employees have up to 3 years after an injury to make a claim).
